1. Cancellation Policy

You can request cancellation of services within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, cancellation may not be possible as work may already be in progress.

2. Refund Policy

• No full refund once the project has started.
• Partial refund may be considered if work has not started.
• No refund for completed services.
• Domain, hosting, and third-party services are non-refundable.

3. Service-Based Refund

For services like SEO, PPC, and digital marketing, refunds are not applicable once the campaign has started.

4. Delays & Delivery

In case of delays due to unavoidable reasons, we will inform you. Refunds are not guaranteed for delays but may be reviewed case-by-case.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients must provide required content and approvals on time. Delays from the client side will not qualify for refunds.

6. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
